Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1st, 2025

1. Who we are

Turnowsky ("we", "us") is the controller of your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We are established in Israel. You can contact us at: ofer@turnowsky.co.il and +972-3-711 3411. Our postal address is: Ben Zakai 3, 6520303, Tel Aviv, Israel.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, store and secure personal data that you provide to us when you:

  • subscribe to our mailing list; or
  • ask us to contact you through our contact form or other channels.

3. Personal data we collect

We collect only the following personal data, which you provide to us directly:

  • Email address — when you opt in to receive our emails and updates.
  • Contact details for inquiries you initiate — your full name, company name, email address and phone number.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data and we ask that you do not send it to us.

4. Why we use your data (purposes)

  • Email communications you have explicitly opted into (news, updates and similar information);
  • Responding to your request that we contact you and maintaining our correspondence with you;
  • Complying with legal obligations and exercising legal rights.

5. Marketing emails and opt‑in consent

We send marketing emails only with your prior, explicit opt‑in consent. Each marketing email clearly identifies us as the sender and includes a simple way to unsubscribe at any time. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you marketing emails. We may retain your email address on a limited "suppression list" solely to ensure we respect your opt‑out choice.

6. Where we collect data from

All personal data is collected directly from you (for example, through a form on our website or by email).

7. Legal information we provide at collection

When we collect your personal data, we inform you of:

  • our identity and contact details;
  • the purposes of collection;
  • whether providing the information is voluntary;
  • to whom data may be disclosed (for example, our service providers);
  • your rights to access and correct your data; and
  • the consequences of not providing data when it is needed for the requested service (for example, we cannot send you emails without your email address).

8. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate our website, manage our mailing list, send emails or provide customer support. These providers act as "holders/processors" of a database and process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions, subject to written agreements that require confidentiality, appropriate security and prohibit use for their own purposes.

9. International transfers

Some service providers may store or process personal data outside Israel (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery services). When we transfer personal data outside Israel, we rely on transfer mechanisms permitted under Israeli law, including binding contractual commitments with the recipient to protect the data and prevent onward transfer except as permitted by law. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.

10. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Our approach aligns with the Israeli Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017, as applicable to our activities and the size/sensitivity of the data we hold.

11. How long we keep your data (retention)

  • Mailing list: We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or we no longer need to send emails. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal suppression record only to ensure we do not email you again.
  • Contact requests: We keep your inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for record‑keeping and to prevent duplicate inquiries, unless you ask us to delete them earlier where permitted by law.

12. Your rights

Under Israeli privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you; and
  • Request correction of personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated.

You can also withdraw your consent to receive marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

To exercise your rights, please email us at ofer@turnowsky.co.il. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.

13. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version and change the "Effective date" above. If required by law, we will also notify you and, where applicable, seek your consent.

15. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or about your personal data, please contact: Turnowsky, Ben Zakai 3, 6520303, Tel Aviv, Israel, ofer@turnowsky.co.il, +972-3-711 3411.
